Digital Service
You are purchasing access to a digital video generation service. No physical product will be shipped. The service becomes available after payment is successfully processed.
User Content
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all text, images, videos, audio, and other content you submit. You may not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content. We may reject requests that violate our policies or applicable law.
Refunds
Because the service is delivered digitally and generation may begin immediately, completed purchases and generation requests that have already begun are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, verified service failures, or where required by applicable law.
Online self-service refunds are not currently available. To request and process a refund, please contact customer support using the contact information provided on our website. Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase and service usage.
Availability
We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agent Efficiency Lab INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
